What’s covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Functions stop working

Heating, vibration, or air pressure functions that stop working as described.

Controller or adapter

Power adapter or wired controller failures caused by manufacturing defects.

Material defects

Defects in foam, fabric, stitching, or internal electronic components identified within 6 months.

What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear
Changes from regular use over time are not manufacturing defects.
Improper use or cleaning
Damage caused by incorrect storage, cleaning, power use, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
Accidental damage
Drops, spills, cuts, pet damage, or misuse are outside warranty coverage.
