Shipping policy

Peyako ships ergonomic seat cushions and related comfort products to customers based on the shipping options available at checkout. This page explains estimated delivery times, shipping fees, order processing, and tracking information.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary depending on carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other unexpected conditions.

Standard Shipping
Estimated 7–15 business days to the United States.
Expedited Shipping
Estimated 3–7 business days if available at checkout.
Peak seasons
Processing or transit may be extended during promotions, holidays, or high-volume seasons. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipping method, order weight, and dimensions. Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders.

Tracking updates

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after your tracking email is sent.

Duties & taxes

Most U.S. orders are shipped with duties prepaid when applicable. If duties or import taxes are assessed and not prepaid, the customer is responsible for these charges.

When something goes wrong

Address issue

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost packages and reshipping fees may apply.

Carrier marked delivered

Lost or stolen package

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If the package appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

48-hour report

Damaged item

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.


Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address before the order ships.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, with a few address limitations depending on the shipping method.

P.O. Boxes
Not available when courier-only shipping methods are used.
APO/FPO addresses
Not available unless otherwise stated.
Customs delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs.
