U.S. orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, complete, and in resellable condition.
Something isn’t working
Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days may qualify for a full refund or one-time free replacement after verification.
Used or incomplete items
Returns requested after 7 days, used products, missing packaging, or items not in resellable condition are not eligible for return.

Get approval
Our team reviews the request and sends detailed return instructions if approved.
Ship it back
Customer covers return shipping. Please include all original components and packaging.
Inspection
Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
