U.S. orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, complete, and in resellable condition.

Quality issue

Something isn’t working

Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days may qualify for a full refund or one-time free replacement after verification.

Used or incomplete items

Returns requested after 7 days, used products, missing packaging, or items not in resellable condition are not eligible for return.

Customer covers return shipping. Please include all original components and packaging.

Common product questions

Use this FAQ to reduce confusion before customers contact support.

How do I use my Peyako for the first time?
Place the cushion on a flat seat and connect the power adapter to a standard outlet. Press the power button on the wired controller to begin. For your first session, try one function at a low setting for 10–15 minutes.
How long can I use the cushion in one session?
Most users find 30–60 minutes per session comfortable. Peyako includes an auto-shutoff feature for safety, and the cushion itself can be sat on continuously without active heat or vibration.
Is the heating function safe for daily use?
Yes, when used as directed. Start with the lower setting and avoid placing thick blankets, towels, or additional cushions between you and the heated surface.
The cushion feels too intense. What should I do?
Start with the lowest setting and use shorter sessions. You may also wear thicker clothing or place a thin fabric layer over the cushion to soften the sensation.
What if my Peyako appears to have a mechanical issue?
Please email hello@peyako.com with your order number and a short video showing the issue. This helps us verify whether it is a quality issue, setup issue, or normal product behavior.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will offer a full refund or one-time free replacement.
