You bought an ergonomic chair. It has adjustable height, adjustable armrests, lumbar support, maybe a headrest. So do you also need a seat cushion on an ergonomic chair — or is that redundant?

- Record your baseline. Before and after each adjustment, check: foot support (feet flat or on footrest), the gap behind your knees, forearm and armrest height, and whether your hips shift or slide in the seat.
