SHIPPING POLICY (United States)

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time to the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary depending on carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order weight and dimensions

Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders as indicated on our website.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to the United States:

  • Most orders are shipped with duties prepaid (DDP) when applicable.

  • If customs duties or import taxes are assessed and not prepaid, the customer is responsible for paying these charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs.


6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.


8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if using courier-only shipping methods)

  • APO/FPO military addresses (unless otherwise stated)
