Peyako Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Peyako product.
Every piece is thoughtfully designed to make everyday life a little better.

But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Please read the details below before initiating a return.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, if the order has not yet been shipped, we can still process a cancellation. However, a transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refund:

  • 2.6% for credit card payments

  • 3.6% for PayPal payments

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

 


 

2. Returns (U.S. Orders)

Currently, return service is available for U.S. orders only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • All original packaging and accessories are included

  • The product is in resellable condition

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A transaction processing fee (2.6% credit card / 3.6% PayPal) will be deducted from the refund.

  • If a shipment is refused or rejected, double shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please accept the delivery first, then contact our support team for return instructions.

 


 

3. Quality Issues (30-Day Protection)

If your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A one-time free replacement

We may request photos or video evidence to assist with verification.

 


 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email:

support@peyako.com

Include:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product.

Please ensure all original components are included in the package.

 


 

5. Refund Processing

After the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once completed

6. Additional Notes

Return and refund policies may vary depending on local laws and regulations.

For purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces, please contact the original seller directly, as their policies may differ.
